Muffle Furnace | E Range

The furnace chamber is constructed from 98% Alumina material, supported by lightweight, low thermal mass ceramic bricks. These bricks are precision-machined to house spiral elements made from Kanthal A1 material, ensuring efficient and uniform heating. The chamber also features a chimney for the effective removal of gaseous and volatile contaminants, with an optional stainless steel chimney available for ashing applications.

Safety and convenience are paramount, with a door that operates on a parallel link system, moving up and over to keep the hot face away from the operator. The door handle doubles as an external counterweight, enhancing ease of use. The entire cabinet undergoes a seven-stage zinc phosphate anti-corrosion treatment, followed by a durable epoxy powder coat for long-lasting protection.

Instrumentation

Equipped with advanced instrumentation, the E Range Muffle Furnace includes a digital set, dual display P.I.D. controller with power limiting and auto-tuning capabilities. This system operates solid-state, zero voltage-switching relays to minimize interference with other electronic equipment. A Type (k) thermocouple and a door switch that isolates the elements for operator safety complete the package. Optional extras are available upon request to tailor the furnace to your specific needs.
